If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products (if applicable)

  • Some personal care items for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened cosmetics or skincare products)

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved:

  • We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a mistake on our part).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • If your refund is late or missing, please first check your bank account again, then contact your bank or credit card company — it may take some time before your refund officially posts.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
